LED release lacquers are particularly challenging due to the surface cure variation compared to standard mercury lamps, typically the products have to be run at much lower speeds to achieve satisfactory cure rates. VOKA have formulated a composite product with novel catalysers to optimize the performance and give excellent surface release characteristics.
